What these bonus terms cover
These bonus terms apply to every promotional offer we make available to players at Trada Casino, whether the offer is shown in the promotions area of the site, in the cashier, in your account or in a message we send you. They should be read together with our general Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Each offer also carries its own terms, which set out the qualifying amount, the wagering requirement, the games that count and how long you have to use it. Where an individual offer's terms differ from the general rules on this page, the terms of that offer apply to it.
Offers we may run from time to time include:
- Welcome offers for new accounts, including matched deposits
- Free spins or bonus spins on selected games
- Reload offers and deposit matches for existing players
- Cashback or returns on net losses over a stated period
- Loyalty rewards, prize draws, tournaments and leaderboards
- One-off offers sent to a specific account or group of accounts
Bonus funds are not cash
Until a wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and anything won from them remain restricted and cannot be withdrawn. Your account shows the restricted balance separately from your withdrawable balance.
Who can claim an offer
Promotions are available to registered account holders aged 18 or over who meet the conditions attached to the offer. We hold a gaming licence and carry out age, identity and payment checks on accounts, and we may complete those checks before a bonus is credited or a withdrawal is processed.
- One offer per person, household, address, device, IP address and payment method, unless the offer says otherwise.
- The payment method you use must belong to you and must be eligible for the offer; some methods are excluded, as set out in the cashier.
- Your account must be open, verified where we have asked for documents, and not subject to a time-out, self-exclusion or restriction.
- You must not have excluded yourself from marketing, if the offer is sent as a marketing message.
- Offers are personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred or shared with another account.
- We may exclude an account from promotions where we consider the offer is not being used as intended.
If you have asked us to stop sending you promotional material, we will not contact you about offers. You can still see any offers published on the site while your account remains open.
Claiming an offer and clearing the wagering requirement
How to claim
- Go through the terms shown with the offer before you take part, so you know the qualifying amount, the wagering requirement and the time limit.
- Opt in where the offer asks you to, or enter the code exactly as it appears in the cashier or promotions area.
- Where a deposit is required, deposit at least the qualifying amount using an eligible payment method.
- The bonus funds or spins are added once the qualifying steps are complete. If they do not appear on your account, contact us before you play on.
The order in which real money and bonus funds are used is shown in the terms of each offer. Where real money is used first, you keep full control of that part of your balance until it is spent.
Wagering requirements
Most offers carry a wagering requirement: the number of times the bonus amount, or the deposit and bonus together, must be staked in eligible games before the remaining balance becomes withdrawable. The multiplier, the basis it is calculated on and the time you have to complete it are all stated in the terms of the offer, and your progress is shown in your account.
Only eligible stakes count towards the requirement. Stakes that are refunded, cancelled, voided or placed in a game round that fails to complete do not count, and neither do stakes placed from your withdrawable balance where the offer applies only to bonus play. If you withdraw before the requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds and restricted winnings are removed.
How different games count
Games contribute at different rates, and the rate that applies is always given in the terms of the offer. The usual pattern is set out below.
| Game type | How it usually counts |
|---|---|
| Online slots | Normally at the full rate shown in the offer terms, unless a particular game is listed as excluded. |
| Roulette, blackjack and other table games | Often at a reduced rate, or not at all; check the rate given with the offer. |
| Live casino and game show titles | Commonly reduced or excluded, depending on the offer. |
| Video poker, jackpots and low-margin games | Frequently reduced or excluded; the offer terms list which titles do not count. |
Maximum stakes, conversion caps and excluded play
While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per spin, hand or game round applies. The amount is shown in the terms of the offer and in the cashier. Stakes above that limit may result in the bonus and any winnings from it being removed, so it is worth double-checking your stake before you play.
Some offers, in particular free spins and offers that do not require a deposit, cap the amount that can be converted into withdrawable cash. Where a cap applies, the amount above it is removed once the wagering requirement has been completed, and the balance that remains is yours to withdraw subject to our general Terms & Conditions.
The following forms of play do not count towards wagering and may lead to an offer being withdrawn:
- Playing games or game features that the offer lists as excluded
- Covering most or all outcomes of a game round so that the stake is returned whatever happens
- Placing equal or opposing bets on the same round, including low-risk bets on table games
- Using feature or bonus buys, where the offer says these do not qualify
- Playing in a way designed only to clear the requirement rather than to play the game
Check the stake limit first
The maximum stake applies to every round you play while bonus funds or restricted winnings are on your account, including rounds played with free spins.
Changes, errors and misuse
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time, including where it has been published with an error. Where you have already met the qualifying steps of an offer and started wagering, we will let you complete it on the terms that applied when you opted in, unless we are required to act otherwise or the offer has been misused.
If a bonus is credited in error, a game pays out incorrectly, or a technical fault affects play, we may correct the balance on your account and ask for your help while we look into what happened. Where a fault means a game round did not complete properly, stakes from that round are returned and do not count towards wagering.
Opening more than one account, giving false or incomplete details, using a payment method that is not in your name, acting together with other players to claim the same offer, or using software to automate play are all treated as misuse. In those cases we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, withhold further offers and, where appropriate, close the account. Deposits you have made are handled in line with our general Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with a decision we have taken on an offer, contact us and we will explain it. Where you are still unhappy, you can raise a complaint and it will be looked into under our complaints process, which includes the option of referring the matter to an independent dispute service.
