Betting and Game Rules

These rules set out how bets, spins and hands are placed and settled when you play with us, and what happens if a game is interrupted. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions and the rules built into each individual game.

General rules that apply to all play

Play is open to customers aged 18 or over who hold a single, verified account in their own name. We hold a gaming licence for the games offered here and we verify accounts before withdrawals are processed. By placing a bet you confirm that you accept these rules, our Terms & Conditions and the rules of the game you have opened.

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and play on them may be voided.
  • Real-money and bonus balances. Where both are held, the game window and the cashier show which balance a stake is taken from. Bonus funds are played under the bonus terms shown in your account.
  • Bets are final once placed. When a round is confirmed, the stake is committed and cannot be cancelled, changed or returned, including where you intended a different stake or a different game.
  • Stakes and payouts. Minimum and maximum stakes, and any maximum payout, are those shown in the game and in the limits displayed in your account.
  • Available funds only. A round starts only where your balance covers the stake. We do not extend credit.
  • Fair play. Automated play, collusion between players, exploiting an error and any attempt to influence a result are not permitted and may lead to voided play.

Play within limits you set

Our games are for over-18s only. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude using the tools in your account at any time. Free, confidential support is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from participating online gambling sites.

How bets and spins are settled

Every game runs on a game server. The result recorded on that server is the official outcome of the round and is what we use to settle the bet. What you see on your device is a presentation of that result; where the two differ, the server record stands.

  1. Outcomes are produced by a random number generator that is tested for the game concerned.
  2. Wins are paid according to the paytable and rules shown in the help screen of the game you are playing.
  3. Each game shows its theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage in its help or information screen. This is a long-run average measured across very many rounds and does not predict the result of a single session.
  4. Winnings are credited to your balance once the round has finished and the result has been recorded.
  5. Features, free spins and gamble steps are settled under the rules of that feature as described in the game itself.

We cannot re-run, adjust or reverse a settled round on request. If you believe a round settled incorrectly, the steps in the final section apply.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

A malfunction voids all pays and play

If a game, feature or display malfunctions, the affected round is void, any pay arising from it is removed and the stake is returned to the balance it was taken from.

This also covers obvious errors such as a paytable, odds or balance shown incorrectly. Closing the game window, logging out or losing your connection does not cancel a stake that has already been committed.

SituationHow it is handled
Connection lost part-way through a roundThe round is held at the point it reached. It resumes when you next open the game, or it is completed on the server and the result applied to your balance.
Round completed but balance not updatedThe server record is used to correct the balance once the round has been finalised on our side.
Game or feature behaving incorrectlyThe round is void. Stakes are returned and any pay from the affected round is removed.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus credit, free spins and other promotional awards are played under the terms shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account. Those terms sit on top of the rules on this page.

  • A maximum stake per round applies while wagering is outstanding, as stated in the bonus terms.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games are excluded altogether. The contribution table in the bonus terms applies.
  • Wagering must be completed before bonus winnings can be converted or withdrawn.
  • Bonus awards expire after the period stated with the offer. Anything left at that point is removed.
  • The order in which real-money and bonus funds are used is shown in the cashier and in the game window.
  • Stake patterns designed to secure a bonus advantage rather than to play the game may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being voided.

If you would rather play without a bonus attached, you can decline an offer or ask us to remove it before you start wagering.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. Alongside these rules, each table carries its own rules, payouts and side-bet terms in its help screen, and those take priority for that table.

  • Bets are accepted only during the betting window shown on screen. Late bets are not accepted and may be returned or carried to the next round, as set out in the table rules.
  • The dealer's decisions on the conduct of the table, applied in line with the rules of that game, are final.
  • Misdeals, exposed cards, a ball leaving the wheel and similar incidents are handled as the table rules describe, which may mean the round or an individual bet is void.
  • Table minimums and maximums are those displayed at the table and may differ from table to table.
  • Seats may be released if you are inactive for the period stated at the table.
  • If the stream drops, the round is completed on the server where the rules allow, or voided and stakes returned.

Dealers and other players can be muted at any time. Abusive messages in live chat may lead to chat being withdrawn from your account.

Queries and disputes about a round

If a round does not look right to you, contact us through live chat or by e-mail at support@casino-trada.co.uk. We can match your query to the server log once we know which round you mean.

  1. Tell us the name of the game and, for live tables, the table.
  2. Give the date and time of the round, including the time zone you were in.
  3. Include the round or game reference, which you will find in the game history in your account.
  4. Describe what you expected and what happened instead, and attach a screenshot if you have one.
  5. Keep playing that game on hold until we come back to you, so the position stays clear.

We look into the round against the server record and explain the outcome in writing. The server record is final for settlement purposes. If you are not satisfied with our answer, the complaints procedure in our Terms & Conditions explains how to escalate the matter, including to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
